Motivated by the first renovation projects we delved deeper into the construction and started the full transformation of whole apartments and more complex projects with our first employees

To complete the journey to a full service construction company we joined with experienced partners from the field of construction to be able to cover the whole range of work needed to build dream houses
Our preferred materials for basic construction are concrete and wood but sure enough we can also handle classic brick constructions.
Working with clay and other natural materials for the interior not only provides a healthy living environment it also helps to reduce the running costs and regulates the climate smoothly.
From electric installations to heating. plumbing and solar systems we provide the full range of services. We only use materials from well know suppliers like pipelife or Hager etc..
Nothing shines without the right polishing and therefore our main focus is to provide excellent craftsmanship to our costumers and fullfill their dreams of a perfect home.
3 Chalets in alpine style in Austria _ Frauenalpe. Concrete Base Construction with massive wood walls and full scope of work.
For that particular project we we removed everything from the old hotel down to the core construction and started the renovation process from there
In total 8 apartments were completely renovated from the ground: New installations, new floor and walls, new windows. new interior including the furniture. The apartments have been sold to investors and are managed and maintained by an operational service company.

Once we shared the ideas we start to bring the project to live. Creating plans, 3D models and collect the necessary documents
Depending on the local possibilities we select a combination of experts and people from our own portfolio to work out a execution plan and really start the hard work.
No construction process will ever go smoothly as expected, so our team with experienced project managers and consultants will follow up with all issues that may come up and find solutions for every stage of the process
We will go hands in hands with our costumers to ensure every detail is even greater than expected and handover the project with full documentation
